Remote Role, Administrative Services Assistant Job Description
- ssist Tennessee county finance directors, county mayors, and Ernst and Young staff to upload required documentation to the Grant Management System Portal.
- ssist counties and Ernst and Young to swiftly/timely process and receive procurement approvals.
- Track procurement progress and provide a weekly report to Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.
- Upload invoices to the Grant Management System portal and track the time it takes for counties to be reimbursed.
- Consult Local Health Infrastructure Project Admin-Lead to troubleshoot procurement and invoice issues to ensure an expedited resolution.
- ssist in tracking all Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) building projects.
- Travel to county mayor offices may be required to assist county staff with organizing and uploading required documentation.
- Computer skills are required. Candidate must be versed in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
