AI Adoption Specialist
Zeta Global is an AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to enhance marketing strategies. The AI Adoption Specialist will provide training and support to clients, showcasing AI capabilities and fostering strong relationships to drive AI adoption in marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on training and enablement sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of Zeta's AI-driven Marketing Platform
- Showcase our AI capabilities at live events and conferences, offering attendees a firsthand look at our transformative technology
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to drive AI adoption and identify new use cases for their marketing programs
- Document and share best practices, tips, and real-world use cases with both internal teams and Clients
- Collaborate with our Product team to relay client feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of our AI offerings
Skills
- In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Passionate about learning and understanding the full AI capabilities of Zeta's Marketing Platform
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex AI concepts in an accessible way to non-technical clients
- Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with clients on innovative uses for AI in their marketing strategies
- Works well with internal teams across Customer Solutions, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Ops, and Product Management
- Open to traveling up to 25% of the time, especially during peak periods
