Area Sales OfficerArea Sales OfficerJob Summary** The Area Sales Officer at Piramal Pharma Limited will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within a designated territory, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective market penetration for our pharmaceutical products. Job Responsibilities** * Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the allocated area for all product lines.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize market share and growth.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide product information, technical support, and promotional materials to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to implement promotional activities and product launches.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.

Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
