Assistant Vice President - Technology.TECH-Digital Central Squad

The Assistant Vice President – Technology is responsible for leading and executing the bank’s strategic initiatives across PRIME, Cards Issuing, Acquiring, Settlement, and Clearing platforms. The role carries full end‑to‑end accountability for delivery, platform stability, technology governance, and compliance. The AVP will drive technology strategy execution, ensure uninterrupted and resilient system operations, strengthen compliance and audit readiness, and manage complex, cross‑functional programs aligned with the bank’s digital and operational roadmap. This includes overseeing large‑scale platform enhancements, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships at senior levels, ensuring adherence to regulatory and scheme mandates, and governing the full lifecycle of technology changes—from requirements to production support. The role also carries responsibility for budget planning and monitoring, risk management, operational process optimization, and building high‑performance engineering and support teams.
