The Role 💼
- Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions: including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt-financing and Funds related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters: including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
- Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and state Corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
The Package 💰
- Up to $300K Base
- Monthly Performance Related Bonus
- 5-10% of all Matters you work on
- End of Year Bonus
