Business Operations Coordinator Location: Cypress, CA Fully On-Site Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST Job Type: Full‑Time Pay Rate: $23/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Provider Outreach — Complete 60+ outbound calls daily and schedule appointments via phone, mail, fax, electronic systems, and field coordination.
- Appointment Coordination — Partner with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration — Share assignment details with onshore and offshore teams to support retrieval workflows.
- Provider Support — Respond to provider questions, research updates, and provide status information.
- Inbound Call Handling — Support inbound calls and manage internal and external correspondence.
- Productivity Management — Maintain high output to meet daily, weekly, and project deadlines.
- Issue Resolution — Troubleshoot provider concerns, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Quality Compliance — Follow project protocols and maintain a minimum 90% quality score.
- Special Projects — Complete additional assignments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high‑volume outbound calling
- Experience working with healthcare providers preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams
