They are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in conducting research and analysis, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Develop use cases and business models
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
- Develop business cases and recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions are implemented and delivering value
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
