Responsibilities

- Analyze user requirements, business processes, and organizational needs
- Provide high-quality client support, answering questions and maintaining clear communication
- Deliver data-driven recommendations for business decisions, resource allocation, and process improvements
- Assess product usability and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems, have historically been a strong fit
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a hunger for continuous learning
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility and comfort working in dynamic or ambiguous situations
- Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction
