Analyze large datasets, processes, and performance to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Develop, execute and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, visualizations and presentations that support data driven decision-making. Perform structured ad-hoc analysis to answer vague business questions. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, adapting messaging and level of detail to different audiences, from technical partners to business stakeholders and leadership Perform root cause analysis and propose data-driven recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reports. Continuously improve reporting processes, including automation and optimization where possible. Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. Facilitate meetings and presentations to align goals and deliverables.​ About you: English Level: C1 (Advanced) Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant experience. Years of experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics roles Skills and Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to analyze data and deliver actionable insights Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable analysis. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data transformation tools (Power Query or similar). Strong ability manipulating and analyzing large data sets. Effective communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise insights for diverse audiences. Attention to detail and results oriented.
