We are growth partners. Our mission is to drive customer retention and measurable business outcomes (e.g., order growth, repeat rate improvement) through: Data insights Strategic execution Cross-functional collaboration We act as trusted digital growth advisors to our clients. Role: Customer Success Consultant You will serve as a long-term strategic partner to restaurant clients, using data + insights + execution to help them: Increase online orders Optimize operational performance Unlock long-term growth You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our internal understanding of market trends and customer behavior. \n What You'll Do: Maintain structured client records in Salesforce (milestones, progress, interactions) Develop proposals and collaborate using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) Analyze key metrics (order trends, conversion funnel, retention) using data tools such as Databricks Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies Execute with a results-oriented mindset, driving measurable outcomes Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) Monitor market trends and share competitive insights Who We're Looking For: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) 3+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or sales (SaaS or tech preferred) Data-driven mindset; comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (Salesforce / BI tools are a plus) Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills Self-driven, highly accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with remote work and U.S.-aligned working hours What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based commission (uncapped) Fully remote work Flexible schedule aligned with U.S. time zones Structured onboarding and ongoing training Collaborative, high-performance, international team \n$1,200 - $1,600 a month We offer competitive base salary + performance-based commission (uncapped) starting from Day 1, average employees in the success role earn from USD 1200-1600 per month. \n
