Desktop Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Engineer (REMOTE) with strong experience in MECM/SCCM deployments, application packaging, patch management, and VDI/AVD support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using MECM/SCCM
- Analyze deployment logs (AppEnforce, AppDiscovery) and resolve failed installs
- Package applications (MSI/EXE) using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, or PSADT
- Manage Microsoft and third-party patching, ADRs, and patch compliance
- Support VDI/AVD/Windows 365 environments, gold images, and pool troubleshooting
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, testing, and root cause analysis
- Support Windows 10/11 endpoint management and software deployments
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on MECM/SCCM deployment and troubleshooting experience
- Enterprise application packaging experience
- Patch management experience including ADRs and third-party patching
- Experience with AVD, Windows 365, or VDI environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- PowerShell scripting experience preferred
Preferred
- Experience with Patch My PC
- Familiarity with Intune and modern endpoint management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
