Director, Community Fundraising
Job Description:
- Shape and scale GoFundMe’s Community Fundraising strategy
- Own business outcomes, organizational health, and long-term growth
- Partner with senior leadership to evolve Community Fundraising
- Develop multi-disciplinary team responsible for activation strategy
- Establish operational objectives, policies, and processes
- Measure and communicate impact, progress, and learnings to executive stakeholders
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Led complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong foundational understanding of digital and paid media strategy
- Strong track record in ambiguous environments
- Experience managing senior ICs and/or managers
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Balance data-driven decision-making with intuition for brand health
- Excellent communication skills
