We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Document Processor to join our team. In this role, you will review, organize, update, and maintain digital documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This position is ideal for individuals seeking an easy-to-learn administrative role that can be performed from home.

Responsibilities

Review and process electronic documents for accuracy and completeness. Organize, sort, and file digital records according to company procedures. Enter and update information in databases and document management systems. Scan, upload, and archive documents as needed. Verify data and correct errors when identified. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Communicate with team members regarding missing or incomplete documents. Meet productivity and quality standards. Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and internet skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good written and verbal communication skills. Reliable internet connection and home workspace. Previous administrative or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
