Electrical Engineer – Technical Lead - Data Centers (Remote)

Overview
We are hiring a Technical Lead Electrical Engineer to support the design and execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement electrical systems for hyperscale data centers
- Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and installation documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and industry standards
- Perform system analysis, load balancing, and capacity planning
- Support system testing, commissioning, and ongoing optimization
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering (data centers preferred)
- PE or P.Eng required
- Strong experience with power distribution, backup systems, and critical infrastructure
- Familiarity with BIM tools (ACC preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
