Experienced Customer Relationship Representative - Remote Seasonal Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Customer Relationship Representative at careerzynith, you will be the voice of our brand, representing the entire company through communications with customers over the phone and via email. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding service level expectations. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Representative, your typical day might include
- Helping customers pick out plants for their gardens over the phone
- Ordering replacement plants for customers with issues
- Responding to customer reviews to sustain trust in our brand
- Answering general customer questions on our product pages
- Utilizing Salesforce, the #1 software for CRM and statistical data reporting We're Looking for Someone Who

- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Relevant college coursework preferred Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with gardening or horticulture
- Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
