The Role
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to expert for our products and services, providing top-notch support and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve:
- Answering incoming calls and providing high-quality support to our customers
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
- Working closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment
- Continually learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
- Learning from others and developing yourself as a customer support representative for careerzynith
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
- A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
- An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software is preferred
