About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to, data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including responding to emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
