Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be integral to our operations, managing a wide range of transaction types involving meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established processes. Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Managing a variety of transaction types (totaling 31) within the Customer Communications Unit Que, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.
- Handling tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiaries, and managing settlement options.
- Reviewing referrals and ensuring all data is in good order for processing, occasionally requiring outreach to other departments for escalated cases.
- Assisting with premium management, including processing changes, suspending premiums, and managing tax withholdings.
- Utilizing Salesforce for transactions and ensuring all work is pulled from the platform.
Requirements
