Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 16 years old
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent
- Technology: You'll need access to a computer, good-quality headphones for handling queries, a webcam, and a stable internet connection
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll interact with customers. Fluency in English language is a must
