Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and creating memorable experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their issues

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to meet their expectations
  • Utilize knowledge of careerzynith's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
  • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
  • Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industries

  • Four-year degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of airline operations, customer service software, and CRM systems
