Job Description

As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and physicians through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to respond professionally to inbound service requests, provide accurate information, and ensure timely follow-through on requests requiring extensive research and response.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound service requests from patients and physicians in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Conduct research and gather information to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

  • At least one year of prior customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage objectives with little supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and modern office procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
