Job Summary
As an Experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Operator (Remote), you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative functions. You'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, report compilation, filing, and communication with various departments. Key Responsibilities
* Enter daily work orders into systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Assemble and reconcile reports to ensure data integrity
- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned
- Maintain excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in recycling would be an asset, but not necessary
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with industry-specific software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Physical Demands
* Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management
- Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
- Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
