Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Agent to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through live chat, email, and phone support. Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Agent at careerzynith, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients through live chat, email, and phone support
- Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers
- Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Be available to work at least 20 hours per week
