Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced part-time evening customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their shareholders through various communication channels, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and timely information to our clients, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their shareholders through various communication channels, including inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate information to clients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Equipment Requirements
* Windows 10 or 11 operating system
- USB headsets (no wireless)
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate ($20.00 - $20.00)
