Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You will work remotely, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and sort documents for data entry

• Enter data into database software and check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Conduct research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Review and update incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy
