Job Summary

careerzynith is seeking an experienced Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer-centric professionals. As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions.
  • Work from home, navigating multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 18 years old and a resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
