FP&A Team Lead
Seeking an experienced FP&A Team Lead for a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract who will manage financial operations advisory, oversee critical financial models and analysis, and mentor a team of four FP&A professionals while working in London. Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on FP&A reporting outputs and ensure alignment with accounting schedules
- Design, build, and maintain core FP&A models to support management decision-making and business performance analysis
- Develop and own the rolling cash flow forecast and working capital model while mentoring team members on best practices
Required qualifications
- Qualified finance professional with 5+ years of FP&A or financial operations experience in high-growth, high-tech environments
- Experience with AI and automation tools applied to financial workflows
- Advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Familiarity with financial planning systems such as NetSuite or Adaptive Planning
- Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting
