Full-time Video Editor

We’re building a high-volume YouTube content engine focused on business, entrepreneurship, cinematic storytelling, and premium visual production. Think: Casey Neistat meets Daniel Dalen. We’re looking for editors who think like creators — people who understand storytelling, pacing, retention, emotion, and modern YouTube strategy. You will own:
- Long-form YouTube editing
- Short-form content creation
- Retention editing
- Cinematic cold opens
- Story-driven narratives
- Repurposing raw footage into engaging content
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio
- Experience using Frame.io workflows
- Experience editing business/entrepreneurship content
- Portfolio with videos generating hundreds of thousands to millions of views
- Strong retention editing skills
- Fast turnaround times
- Strong storytelling instincts
BONUS IF YOU:
- Have cinematic storytelling experience
- Understand YouTube trends and strategy
- Can color grade
- Use AI editing tools to improve workflows
- Think proactively and contribute creatively
