As an agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering accurate, compassionate, and professional service on every call.

• Please note: These are not sales, telemarketing, gig, or “make your own hours” positions.

Schedule Requirements This is a 1st Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility is required. Typical Shifts (Eastern Time):

• Monday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
• Tuesday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
• Thursday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
• Friday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern
• Saturday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Eastern

Additional scheduling requirements:

• One weekend day per week (required)
• Part of every holiday (required)

What We’re Looking For Qualified candidates must:

• Reside in PA, FL, MD, VA, or WV
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Have a proven customer service background
• Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Have a pleasant and polished phone voice
• Demonstrate above-average spelling skills
• Type at least 40 words per minute
• Meet work-from-home requirements, including:
• High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
• Be flexible and able to work the required schedule
• (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 3p-11p Eastern. Flexibility Required)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)
