HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

Develop effective HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s business goals Assess current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize processes at all stages of the employee lifecycle Oversee the implementation of new HR initiatives Ensure all HR policies are fully aligned with regulatory requirements Implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize HR operations Support the development and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives Facilitate organizational transformations by adapting HR processes to new conditions Contribute to building an effective organizational structure, optimizing teams and roles, and developing plans to improve team collaboration and leadership Conduct assessments of HR process efficiency to identify potential improvements and adjust the strategy accordingly

Requirements
