Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily human resources operations and HR team activities.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance management, training, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analysis for management.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in human resources management or HR operations required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and labor regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or BambooHR.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent management practices.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.
