Key Responsibilities

Mentor and develop junior consultants within the virtual team structure.
Requirements
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution. 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale strategic transformation projects. Expertise in strategic frameworks, market entry strategies, portfolio management, and growth initiatives. Exceptional remote communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite. Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, Mural) and project management software. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into clear insights. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
