Position Summary: To be successful in this role, the Manager, Creative Operations must be an excellent collaborator, self-starter, well-organized and detailed operations and traffic manager, intuitively translating needs into actionable creative considerations. This is a hands-on organizational and administrative role, owning various high-impact functions within the department. With a keen understanding of the unique operational nuances of creative teams, this person should know how to manage scalable project management systems and workflow streams, and thrive on fostering positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, collaborative mentality, project management skills, and passion for design and technology will be integral.
