Marketing Assistant, Part-time, 100% Remote – Copy, Design & Tech
Job Description:
- Take on a wide range of tasks across the team — from minor design tweaks and content support to technical setups in various tools
- Independently learn and work with software tools (e.g., Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, Elementor)
- Support email marketing, online shop maintenance, and content creation
- Execute small graphic tasks in Figma and Canva
- Create A/B test analyses and calculate results
Requirements:
- Well organized and able to keep an overview even when handling many tasks
- Some experience with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Figma, Elementor, or willingness to learn them quickly
- Tech-savvy and quick to get to grips with new programs
- Precise and careful working style, especially for recurring tasks
- Creative with a good feel for short copy and small graphic projects
- Work independently and proactively take on tasks and solve problems
- Hustler mindset: driven to complete tasks and willing to go the extra mile
