Operations Analyst

Hiring Operations Analyst. Individual working should have good communication skill to interact with customer/Candidates (Hindi and English) and should have good knowledge of BGV process both India and overseas. Along that should follow the below requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities % of Time: Do not to list duties and responsibilities less than 10% Case creation and following up on the case until closure Follow up with candidate for data entry completion and Missing information Maintain master tracker Understanding for overseas checks Daily tracker to be shared with client and FA on the cases Download of reports from EA Clearing insuff and approving CE on system % Total Time (Must Equal 100%) Job Ǫualifications Education: (Describe the minimum, relevant education required to perform the job. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
