What You'll Do
Work with clients to identify vacation options that match their preferences and travel goals Assist with coordinating accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and vacation packages Research travel opportunities using approved booking platforms and supplier resources Provide helpful information about destinations, travel options, and available promotions Help clients navigate the booking process and answer travel-related questions Communicate through phone, email, and online messaging channels Maintain accurate client records and trip information Monitor travel updates, supplier announcements, and special offers Participate in virtual training and professional development programs
Qualifications
Have strong communication and customer service skills Enjoy working with people and building positive relationships Are detail-oriented and organized Can manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting Are comfortable using computers and web-based tools Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Have reliable internet access Are at least 18 years of age Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other eligible locations.
