Physical Therapist-Telehealth
Essential duties and Responsibilities: - Utilize Telehealth platform to provide Physical Therapy telehealth service to patients - Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations to understand the specific needs of each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed. - Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and support (monitor patient compliance). - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals - Remotely monitor patient progress asynchronously, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as required. - Remain highly adaptable to taking on new workflows or processes, approach challenges with critical thinking and creative problem-solving within a fast-paced growing enviornment. - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self- care - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - You must be able to deliver patient care services in a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connection and be located within the United States. Requirements: - Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with using technology and virtual platforms for delivering care. - Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and practice within the scope of physical therapy practice. - Proficient in Outpatient physical therapy billing rules and regulations.
