Role Description This is a part-time internship (10-20 hours per week) for a remote Podcast Intern at Kelly Tutors. The intern will assist with planning, recording, and editing podcast episodes, focusing on topics such as AI, education, culture, finance, health, and more - all based on my blogs and event reviews. Responsibilities include researching podcast themes, scripting episode outlines, coordinating with guests, editing audio, curating engaging show notes, and promoting episodes on various platforms. The role encourages creativity and active participation in shaping intellectual, mission-driven content.
Qualifications
Experience with Podcast Production, including recording, editing, and publishing episodes Strong skills in Research, Script Writing, and Content Organization Proficiency in Audio Editing Software (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand) and basic understanding of sound design Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and Digital Promotion for audience engagement Creative problem-solving and interest in storytelling, media, and education Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote work environment Experience in education, childhood development, or content creation is a plus What You Get Real-world research with direct application Unpaid but high-impact 4-month duration with the option to extend This is an unpaid educational training program with Kelly Tutors LLC for current/recent students/graduates and/or non-US residents. There is no expectation of compensation or future employment. You will gain weekly 1-on-1 mentorship with the founder, real portfolio work, a professional recommendation letter, and hands-on experience building a growing education brand. Program duration is 4 months with the option to extend.
