Full job description About us Rise Up Homecare is a rapidly-growing home health agency seeking a professional, compassionate Registered Nurse who is ready to flourish in a team-friendly environment. This will be a Remote position operating mostly in Sarasota County. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and is eager to blaze their trail as we continue to grow as a company. This position will entail RN assessments at client’s homes, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, and any additional education to our CNAs and Home Health Aides will be encouraged. Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of the client in order to develop plan of care
- Maintain home health equipment, supplies and inventory.
- Address patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
- Assist client’s in managing and reconciling their medications.
- Maintain staff attendance records.
Requirements
