Product Delivery Manager (Contract, Europe)
This is a remote position. About US We are building two Marketplace + SaaS hybrid products serving editorial advertising needs for B2B clients: Medialister - editorial advertising platform for US market PRNEWS.IO - a global sponsored content and media placement marketplace. We are looking for a highly organized Product Delivery Manager who becomes the operational bridge between business stakeholders, product, design, and engineering teams. This is a fully remote Europe-based contractor role.
Responsibilities
Business & Stakeholder Alignment Gather requirements from founders, business stakeholders, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Translate business needs into structured product initiatives and actionable tasks. Facilitate communication between business and product teams. Prioritize tasks under resource constraints, identifying and evaluating initiatives that deliver maximum results with minimal effort. Ensure stakeholder expectations are realistic and aligned with delivery timelines. Product Operations Own and maintain the product backlog structure. Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization sessions. Track product initiatives from idea through release. Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and project status. Ensure tasks are properly defined before entering development. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate work between Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineering teams. Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution. Monitor delivery progress and escalate risks when needed. Ensure product requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Communication & Reporting Prepare regular delivery updates for leadership. Maintain visibility into roadmap progress. Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items. Performance Review. Create and maintain operational processes that improve team efficiency. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, or similar roles. Strong experience working with product, design, and engineering teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business goals into structured execution plans. Experience with Agile environments and sprint-based delivery. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. AI-fluency and being able to enhance processes with LLMs capabilities Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS products. Experience working with remote and distributed teams. Experience with media, PR, martech, adtech, or marketplace products.
