Responsibilities
- Benchmark computer vision model performance on representative image datasets
- Measure accuracy against held-out evaluation sets and assess data quality
- Evaluate the feasibility and production readiness of computer vision systems
- Analyze identification, grading, condition scoring, or defect detection workflows
- Present findings and recommendations in executive-level reports for non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- Strong experience in computer vision and machine learning engineering, including fine-tuning modern vision foundation models
- Strong experience classifying, grading, identifying, or assessing physical objects from images
- Strong experience with model evaluation, representative sampling, accuracy benchmarking, and calibration
- Ability to assess system feasibility and communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Strong experience with authentication, counterfeit detection, anomaly detection, imaging hardware, or deployment environments is a plus
