Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Nice to have
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations specific to counselling services.
