Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Node.js and AWS
- Architect and implement scalable microservices across distributed systems
- Integrate AI capabilities into backend workflows and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues to ensure system reliability
- Communicate technical concepts effectively through written and verbal collaboration
Skills
- Strong experience building production-grade backend applications with Node.js
- Strong knowledge of AWS services for deployment, scalability, and monitoring
- Strong experience designing and implementing microservices architectures
- Understanding of AI integration within backend systems and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote environment
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
