[Remote] Clinical Solution Strategist

This role involves consulting with clients to enhance clinical solution adoption, improve quality outcomes, and strengthen partnerships through the effective use of technology.
Responsibilities
- Consult with identified clients and client success account owners to analyze clinical solutions and client adoption
- Collaborate with WellSky's internal teams to leverage data models, reporting, and statistics
- Provide clinical support to our client-facing teams by providing clinical solution expertise, conducting workflow discovery, and helping to identify expansion opportunities
- Track client engagement and impact of workflow improvements and solution enhancements
- Monitor client utilization and system optimization and engage with clients as needed to improve outcomes and value, including identifying opportunities for automated alerting to drive client outreach
- Maintain regular meeting cadences with client success account owners, assist in identifying and attending client engagement opportunities, participate in all CBRs, and analyze data, reporting metrics, and KPIs, focusing on client quality outcomes
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Clinical Licensure (RN, PT, OT, ST)
- Experience in Case Management (Transition of Care, Population Health, Utilization Review)
