They are seeking a Content & Growth Systems Strategist to lead marketing initiatives and transform ideas into scalable systems and content.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing initiatives across Instagram, email, podcast, YouTube, launches, and brand campaigns
- Turn long-form content and ideas into multi-channel marketing assets
- Build systems and AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva
- Support launches, events, retreats, and educational programs
- Create scalable systems for audience growth, lead generation, and conversion
- Track KPIs, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Manage contractors, creatives, and future team support as the company scales
