This role is ideal for someone who has already handled credentialing for physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehabilitation providers, or similar healthcare practices and understands the importance of organized follow-up, accurate submissions, and clear tracking. Type: Part-time / Contract Compensation: $25$35/hour, depending on experience Location: Remote
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience with insurance credentialing for physical therapy clinics
- Experience with CAQH, payer portals, provider enrollment, and recredentialing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide consistent status updates
- Comfortable working remotely as an independent contractor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial insurance panels, Medicare, Medicaid/managed care, or workers compensation enrollment
- Experience with EFT, ERA, and EDI setup
- Experience cleaning up credentialing issues for small healthcare practices

- You will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, recredentialing, CAQH maintenance, payer follow-up, EFT/ERA/EDI enrollment support, and tracking the status of open credentialing matters. You will also help us create a more reliable process as we transition away from our current credentialing vendor.
