Remote Dental & Billing
We are growing Dental Consulting Company now offering billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable division. We're looking for a motivated Dental Billing and Insurance Specialist to join our remote team. This position will begin as a project based role with strong opportunity for long term growth into a senior leadership position overseeing billing operations as the department expands. The ideal candidate has experience with:
- Dental insurance verification
- Dental claims submission and follow up
- Accounts receivable and collections
- Patient billing and payment posting
- Insurance aging reports
- PPO breakdowns and benefits verification
- Communication with insurance companies and patients
- Dental practice management software
Responsibilities may include:
- Verifying patient insurance benefits
- Submitting and tracking insurance claims
- Following up on unpaid or denied claims
- Managing accounts receivable reports
- Posting insurance and patient payments
- Assisting with billing workflows and operational systems
- Helping improve and organize billing processes as the department grows
Qualifications:
- Previous dental billing experience is required
- Strong understanding of dental insurance terminology
- Experience with insurance follow up and collections
- Organized and detail oriented
- Google, Microsoft and Ai knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, CareStack, Eaglesoft, and Curve experience
