[Remote] Digital Production Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is an agency seeking a Digital Production Designer for an ongoing freelance position. The role involves extending existing campaign systems across digital channels while ensuring brand consistency and performance readiness in design execution.
Responsibilities
- Expand digital systems: Take an existing campaign and build out all required digital variations
- Design for multi-channel digital: Create assets for social, web banners, digital display, paid social, and performance placements
- Adapt creative across formats: Resize, reflow, and re-engineer layouts for different specs, ratios, and placements
- Ensure performance ready execution: Understand how creative functions in performance environments and design accordingly
- Maintain brand consistency: Keep every asset aligned to the campaign system and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with creative, production, and performance partners to keep deliverables moving
- Tell a cohesive visual story: Even without owning strategy, ensure the creative narrative makes sense across touchpoints
Skills
- 2+ years of digital production design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong ability to pick up an existing campaign system and extend it across digital channels
- Experience designing for social, web banners, digital display, and paid social
- Understanding of performance creative is helpful - how assets need to function, flex, and communicate quickly
- A background in both print and digital is ideal
- A sharp eye for detail, consistency, and system-level thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma a plus)
- Comfort working within structured workflows, templates, and multi-deliverable environments
- Ability to collaborate with performance teams and interpret data-informed creative needs
