[Remote] Director of Business Development

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured onboarding, training, and professional development
• Generate and manage qualified leads using digital marketing platforms
• Conduct high-level phone and Zoom conversations with prospective international clients
• Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Mentor and guide new team members as the organization scales
• Work independently with a high level of accountability and professionalism

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, leadership, consulting, or corporate client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse markets
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
• Confident using digital tools, online systems, and virtual communication platforms
• Professionals with backgrounds in corporate management, sales, consulting, recruitment, leadership, or education who are looking to transition away from the traditional 9-to-5 are highly encouraged to apply
