Responsibilities
- Learn our products, systems, and processes to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Engage warm leads—clients who have already expressed interest
- Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone throughout the sales cycle
- Communicate updates between clients and corporate teams
- Collaborate with clients and teammates to resolve questions and provide solutions
- Meet promotional benchmarks to unlock advancement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings
- Build your client base using company-provided leads or your own prospecting
- Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning options
Skills
- Life & Health license required (we'll guide you through the process if you don't have one)
